Youth Marketing Connection (“YMC”) is seeking a talented Program Supervisor to lead the planning and management of large-scale brand ambassador campaigns for our clients in our Washington, DC office.
Lead the planning process for new and ongoing client programs
Manage day-to-day activities of YMC Program Strategists and Program Managers to deliver all aspects of on-campus sponsorship programs
Lead recruitment, screening, interviewing and assignment of reps to sponsor programs based on deliverables and objectives
Monitor time spent by team members on various aspects of the project and proactively identify and discuss issues/opportunities for efficiencies with management
Maintain an enthusiastic level of urgency in servicing clients, and consistently strive for excellence to over deliver against the program objectives
Qualifications:
US college graduate (4-year colleges/universities only)
4-6 years of agency or brand work experience REQUIRED (digital strategy = huge plus)
Exceptional organizational skills and time management
Outstanding writing and self-editing ability
INSANE attention to detail

Is incredibly smart, charismatic and a natural conversationalist
Has an entrepreneurial spirit and loves to work hard/play hard
Prior experience as a brand ambassador or in promotional marketing
Understands how to manage and motivate college students
Is experienced with social media strategy and social ad buying
Other:
COMPENSATION: $46,000 - $52,000 annual salary w/ performance based raises and bonuses
