5-7 years of professional Marketing experience (preferably with supplier and/or agency) and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications/PR. Strong presentation, written and verbal communications skills are a necessity. Preference given for knowledge and/or experience in Customer Satisfaction or Customer Experience Research.

Sound knowledge of marketing principles and applicable technologies that can be used toward a wide range of customers.

Experience selling and servicing, preferably within the marketing services or information services sector.

Self-motivated, able to work under stress to meet project deadlines, while providing

attention to every detail from beginning to end.

Excellent program and project management skills with demonstrated ability to multitask and set priorities within tight timelines and high customer expectations.

Develop a strong knowledge of products, applicable to the industry and TARP.
