Evolent Health

Evolent Health is looking for a senior designer to join its growing creative team. This person will play a critical role supporting client branding and communication needs as well as collaborating with our marketing team to continue to build out Evolent Health's brand strategy.

Working across the organization and with client creative teams, the senior designer must be a team player who thrives in a highly collaborative environment. Candidates should be highly organized, detail-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include:

• Develop creative ideas based on criteria in creative brief and/or direction from senior leadership or client partners
• Establish collaborative relationships with client marketing and creative teams
• Execute innovative design concepts for print and digital projects in alignment with brand strategy and guidelines
• Create layouts for recurring deliverables (brochures, flyers, white papers, etc.) within existing design systems
• Collaborate across the marketing team and client partners toward brand activation and stewardship
• Prepare quality deliverables for handoff to printers, developers, clients, etc., and manage the production process as needed
• Manage projects to negotiate deadlines and project scope to ensure deliverables are on-time and within budget
• Support internal team to maintain compliance of Evolent and client brands
• Assist with compiling and maintaining centralized asset repository
