As the largest privately owned recruitment ad agency in the U.S., we are seeking a motivated individual for the following position in our Washington DC area location:
As a member of the Bayard client services department, you will develop day-to-day client relationships and be committed to driving their business forward through innovative work that inspires and motivates talent acquisition. You will also help generate profit for Bayard and deliver projects that achieve excellent results for the client and the agency. Account Manager’s must also begin to develop an exceptional understanding of the digital arena and how new and emerging developments can be exploited to add value to a clients business. Contributing to Bayard’s values, you will thrive when faced with new challenges and will constantly strive to improve the way things are done for our clients.
