Position Description:

We’re 522 Productions. We’re looking for someone to work with our internal team and freelancers to oversee the motion graphics and color correction of our projects. Someone to get involved from project initiation and work with our Directors to develop a consistent look and feel for every project that comes through 522.

If this person is you, that means you’re a conceptual thinker. You enjoy learning new things. And you enjoy researching new clients because this helps you develop a rational creative strategy for each project. You also possess the ability to present these ideas in an organized, efficient, manner.

You’ll be in charge of developing our Graphics Department. Not a small task. But you come with ideas and the experience to understand the best methods to help this department grow.

Maybe you come from an ad agency. Or another production company. Whatever. You got the skills, we’re listening.

The hours are sometimes late. The work may be challenging. But you love it all the same. We all do. That’s why you’re a perfect fit at our whiteboard, or grabbing a pint of Hellbender beer at our pool table.

Primary Responsibilities:

Oversee art direction for company projects, incorporating client’s branding guidelines into creative development
Develop Story/Mood boards for clients
Present ideas both internally & externally
Concept multiple ideas from a creative brief
Efficiently manage multiple projects and work within a budget
Continually advance design skills

Qualifications:

4-6 years experience in the creative field with a strong design track record
Demo Reel
A background in Art-Direction and/or Design
Mastery of design programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve. Knowledge of Cinema 4D a plus.
Minimum Salary requirements
Willingness to break the rules, but smarts to know when not to.
Ability to adapt to a client's expectations while pursuing the most creative option.
