All participants must be current DC Ad Club members when applying and throughout the program year. Should your membership come up for renewal during the program, it will automatically renew and your invoice will be forwarded for payment. 

Incomplete forms cannot be processed.  Along with submitting this application your resume or bio should be emailed to [email protected] with the subject line of Mentor Application.
