Career Catalyst Mentee Application

All participants must be current DC Ad Club members when applying and throughout the program year. Should your membership come up for renewal during the program, it will automatically renew and your invoice will be forwarded for payment. 

Incomplete applications cannot be processed. Along with submitting this application your resume or bio should be emailed to [email protected] with the subject line of Mentee Application.

There is a $40 charge to be a mentee. You will be invoiced after your application is accepted and you are matched. Payment will be due before the kick-off event.
