Position Description: 

Growing advertising agency is seeking a full-time Account Executive with five years experience in an agency or related field. The new team member will be responsible for managing day-to-day activity on several fast-moving accounts, including leading projects from inception to delivery. They will also be involved with pitching and developing new business accounts.

To qualify for this position you must demonstrate the ability to quickly and effectively solve problems as well as think strategically and creatively under tight deadlines. The position requires the ability to work independently and as a team, and to communicate clearly with clients and creative teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day communication and coordination with clients, agency staff, and vendors
  • Work as a team to develop strategic directions for multiple clients
  • Build trust and develop working relationships with clients and proactively respond to their needs
  • Work well with others and manage teams in a virtual space
  • Demonstrate attention to detail
  • Write creative briefs and brand strategy documents and clearly communicate project goals and requirements
  • Create and manage timelines and client expectations
  • Create project estimates and manage budgets
  • Prepare client proposals and presentations
  • Participate in new business efforts – writing, researching and coordinating bids
  • Conduct research and market analysis
  • Demonstrate knowledge and curiosity about advertising, branding, and client related work
  • Deliver accurate work – grammar, spelling, and language
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude in the face of adversity
  • Thrive in an fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
  • Possess strong presentation skills
  • Qualifications: 

    B.S. or B.A. and five years of work experience in an agency or creative field. Experience managing digital marketing campaigns and website development a plus. Knowledge of Wordpress, MailChimp, basic HTML, Photoshop and InDesign.
